Brothers Yao and Punnag, two young orphans, struggle to make their way in an oasis city in the Desert of Tears. As they struggle to survive, they remember the teachings of their old teacher, who disappeared under mysterious circumstances.

Young Édeniz must choose between following in the footsteps of his father Éreniz, the Amerokal ruler of the oasis cities of the Desert of Tears, or finding his own path in the footsteps of his grandfather Éveniz of the Waterfall Oasis, the last Blue Wizard.

Augur Guren, a young student of green magic from the druid village of Two Oaks prepares to take his final exam. A test that will take him beyond the safety of the forest. Where green wizards should not venture.

Yao and Punnag kidnap Éveniz from the Waterfall Oasis and venture into the Desert of Tears to find the secret passage that only a Blue Wizard can open. A portal where a dangerous relic awaits that will forever change the fate of the Desert of Tears.
